Fashion school isn’t the only path – anyone can learn to design and sew beautifully. With the right guidance, creativity, and hands-on practice, you can build the skills to bring your ideas to life. Our courses are designed to help you start that journey, step by step.
I share the skills and insights I’ve gained on my own journey over the past year – helping others unlock their creativity and confidence through hands-on, accessible training.
Classes are held at Weeley Village Hall, chosen for its comfortable, welcoming atmosphere and suitability for creative learning. I am also available for weekend Masterclasses in select nearby locations – perfect for those who prefer to learn in person without travelling far.
Sewing Classes – Returning in 2027
François Calitz Atelier sewing classes are currently taking a short pause while I refresh and develop the course programme for 2027.
The Beginner and Intermediate Sewing Courses are being reviewed and updated, with classes expected to return from February 2027.
Small class sizes, hands-on learning and individual guidance will remain at the heart of the François Calitz Atelier approach.
New course details and dates will be announced in due course.
